This organic Mexican coffee has a wonderfully smooth milk chocolate flavor with a bright lemon finish. These beans are grown in the very high mountains surrounding Oaxaca. At this high altitude they ripen very slowly developing a more full-flavor profile. This is known as a clean, bright coffee without the typical earthy tones often found in Mexcian coffees.
