Typical of most Indonesian coffees, this Organic Papua New Guinea has a long, smooth flavor profile that lingers in your mouth with notes of dark chocolate, peach and sweet caramel. This new crop just arrived from the Timuza Co-op which has 260 very small family member farms all part of the Kamano tribe.
