This organic, Rainforest Alliance Certified Indonesian coffee has a smooth, dark bittersweet chocolate taste. It has been roasted medium-dark to bring out those dark chocolate, syrupy tones.
The coffee beans come from the Ngada District on the slopes of the Inerie Volcano. They are grown among shade trees such as the bamboo and juria varietals, which is ecologically safer for local wildlife and birds.
